Manage Your Business’s Reputation On Social Media Sites

Whenever I eat out at a restaurant or want takeout I check out restaurant sites like Yelp, Citysearch, Menu Pages, etc. to see what people are saying about the place.  I make my decisions based on the opinions voiced on these sites.  I do the same for hotels when I travel.  This is a reality that businesses are having to deal with.  Instead of taking a hostile stance toward these sites and customers, businesses can use these opinions to address concerns and improve their service.
